You hereby waive any moral rights of paternity, publication, reputation, or attribution with respect to EA’s and other players’ use and enjoyment of such assets in connection with the Software and related goods and services under applicable law. The license grant to EA, and the above waiver of any applicable moral rights, survives any termination of this License.
Your Contributions. You will contribute to the payment of expenses incurred in performing the Services, the amounts, if any, described in Exhibit A. Your contribution will be cash or in-kind.

In exchange for use of the Service, and to the extent that your contributions through modifying, altering or adding onto the Application, or any other component of the Service, give rise to any intellectual property right interest, including copyright interest, you hereby grant Viasat an exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, fully transferable and sub-licensable worldwide right and license to use your contributions in any way and for any purpose, including the rights to reproduce, copy, adapt, modify, perform, display, publish, broadcast, transmit, or otherwise communicate your contributions to the public by any means, whether now known or unknown, and distribute your contributions without any further notice or compensation to you of any kind for the whole duration of protection granted to intellectual property rights by applicable laws and international conventions.

Your Contributions. You agree to a non-exclusive non-restrictive non-revokable transfer of licence to CAcert for your contributions. That is, if you post an idea or comment on a CAcert forum, or email it to other Members, your work can be used freely by the Community for CAcert purposes, including placing under CAcert's licences for wider publication. You retain authorship rights, and the rights to also transfer non-exclusive rights to other parties. That is, you can still use your ideas and contributions outside the Community. Note that the following exceptions override this clause:

Your Contributions. Contributions made by you to an HSA, which do not exceed the maximum annual contribution amount, are deductible by you when determining your adjusted gross income. You are not required to itemize deductions in order to take this deduction. However, you cannot also deduct the contributions as medical expenses under section 213. Contributions by family members or any other person (including nonindividuals) on your behalf are also deductible by you. A contribution from an IRA is not deductible. under section 213.

You hereby waive and any other rights you may hold over your contributions to the Software. The license grant to Licensor, and the above waiver of any applicable rights, survives any termination of this License.
