XXXXX CIVIL RIGHTS ACT. Pursuant to §51.5 of the California Civil Code, CONTRACTOR shall not discriminate or in any way limit access to the business services to be performed under this agreement on the basis of race, creed, religion, color, national origin, sex, disability or medical condition. SECULAR ACTIVITIES CONTRACTOR, in the performance of the services pursuant to this agreement, shall refrain from any religious teaching, instruction, indoctrination, proselytizing, exposure or discussion. All services provided shall be secular and CONTRACTOR shall have the obligation to ensure compliance with this provision by employees or anyone under CONTRACTOR’S control. The failure of CONTRACTOR to comply with this provision shall be deemed a material breach of this agreement.
