Working period. Detailed daily working hour's arrangement is to be agreed between the parties on board. No employee is entitled to work exclusively during daytime. When the employees so wish, and nothing else is agreed, one shall try to prepare conditions for a reasonable balance between day and night duty, unless this causes special difficulties. There will be no deduction for instructed resting time. For senior personnel such as platform manager, technical supervisor, stability super- visor, catering manager, toolpusher and production supervisor, who are not subject to the provisions in the Working Environment Act or the Framework Regulations concerning hours of work, no limited daily working time has been agreed, so that these employees are responsible for organising their own required periods of rest.

Xxxxxxx further agrees that, during the Working Period, he shall continue to act with diligence, loyalty, and honesty and shall make all necessary efforts to promote the Company's legitimate business interests. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Mx. Xxxxxxx agrees that for the full duration of the Working Period, he shall be available and accessible to the Company at all times during the Company's normal business hours, namely from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., except when Mx. Xxxxxxx is on authorized vacation pursuant to this Agreement. In any instance where Mx. Xxxxxxx anticipates being unavailable or inaccessible during the Company's normal business hours due to non-work related circumstances, he shall immediately notify the Company by contacting Exxx Xxxxxx, CEO, or whomever he designates. During this Working Period, unless his employment is terminated in accordance with Section 7, Mx. Xxxxxxx will: i) receive a base salary (based on the full annualized rate of $335,000); ii) participate in the group insurance benefit plans of the Company in effect from time to time, in accordance with, and subject to the terms of the formal plan documents; and iii) his Stock Options and Performance-Based Restricted Stock Units (“PSUs”) will continue to vest and be exercisable in accordance with the terms of the applicable award documentation, agreements and plans. Working period. The working period for your Master Thesis is five months, starting with the date set out in the admission letter you will receive once you have been admitted. Please check the first box (“Zum Vorlesungsbeginn”), if the working period should start as soon as possible in the following semester, which is usually the case if you attach Attachment 2 (i.e. make a proposal for subject and supervisor already with your application).
