Vacation Time. During the Employment Term, the Employee shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation per calendar year in accordance with the Company’s policy on accrual and use applicable to employees as in effect from time to time.
Vacation Time. (a) Vacations for employees shall be taken at such time as mutually agreed upon by the Shop Committee and the Company when quantity and regularity of production shall not be impaired.

Unless otherwise agreed locally, the following shall apply: The employee shall be free of all work during the first 8 days of the first leisure period after 1 January, and the first 21 days of the first leisure period after 15 May each year.
