The Parties shall, to the extent possible, endeavour to use electronic means of communication to permit efficient dissemination of information on government procurement, particularly as regards tender opportunities offered by entities, while respecting the principles of transparency and non-discrimination.

Use of Electronic Means. Where a legal requirement under the Act is reproduced in this agreement, that legal requirement may be met, for the purposes of this agreement, by using electronic means in accordance with Part 4 of the Contract and Commercial Law Xxx 0000.

  • Electronic Media 10.5.1 Where this Agreement or referenced provisions in the Contract Documents require the Project Consultant to provide information or documents in either electronic or magnetic media, the preparation and format of that media shall conform to the Owner's Electronic Media Submittal Requirements (Attachment 3 to this Agreement).
