Types of Contracts. To the extent that the Trustee is directed by the Committee prior to a Change in Control to invest part or all of the Trust Fund in insurance contracts, the type and amount thereof shall be specified by the Committee. Recipient agen- cies may enter into a fixed-price or a cost-reimbursable contract with a food service management company, except that recipient agencies in CACFP are prohibited from entering into cost-re- imbursable contracts, in accordance with 7 CFR part 226.
