Trainings. Module/Course Module/Course Detail Required New User Training HMIS 101 Review of HMIS background and HMIS Data and Technical Standards All new Participating Agency end-users, one time. HMIS Privacy, Security, and Ethics Review of HMIS Policies and Procedures including Privacy and Security standards, authorization forms, ethics, and confidentiality. All new Participating Agency end-users one-time, and existing end-users annually.
Trainings a. Training Sessions: contractor shall conduct two (2) training sessions in accordance with the DRPA rules and regulation and shall be held on a quarterly basis commencing in the second quarter of the program year [Article 7.471(a)].
Trainings. Union representatives and stewards shall be allowed reasonable work time to complete assignments that have been assigned by the Labor Management Committee. The employee's supervisor shall approve when the time can be taken. Release hours will not exceed the employee's normally scheduled workday. Time off with pay will not be unreasonably withheld, but shall not exceed 16 (sixteen) hours in a pay period. The Union will normally provide the Employer with the names of its stewards who need release time within 48 hours of the scheduling of the meeting. The employee is required to code any activity pursuant to this section as follows: select work tag "remote work location" and then select "union business" on the employee's timesheet. The sixteen (16) hour per pay period limitation on union activity during working hours, described in this paragraph, does not apply to Chief Stewards (Article 4, Section 16), leave from the Union release time account for union business (Article 4, Section 4) or Leave for Union Office (Article 14, Section 2). The practices described in § 12-405 of the State Personnel and Pensions Article shall apply to grievants, witnesses and Union representatives. The practices described in the current Transportation Human Resources Policy §71, Subsection 10, shall be maintained.

Trainings. Employees will be paid their hourly rate for District-approved in-services, trainings, and workshops that have been pre-approved by their supervisor.
Trainings. Faculty members who participate in trainings of their choice related to Distance Education and online pedagogy may claim up to 12 hours of FLEX Credit or up to 20 hours of compensation at the base hourly rate. Documentation in the form of a certificate of completion, a copy of the course description, or a letter of verification from the course provider is required.
Trainings. When the District provides classes outside the work day, such as through the Professional Development Academy, a bargaining unit member shall be entitled to attend unlimited classes. Upon completion, a bargaining unit member shall be reimbursed for up to a maximum of 18 hours at his/her hourly rate of pay per school year or, upon being employed as a Unit 5 teacher, receive one-half (1/2) hour of in-District credit for every six (6) hours attended. Prior to any bargaining unit member being required to participate in training (ABA, CDL, etc.) outside their regular duties, the Board will provide the Association president with a written description of the activity as well as a timeline for completion. If the Association is not notified then (10) working days prior to the training, the training will be rescheduled. If a bargaining unit member is unable to attend a training session, an alternative date will be scheduled for the bargaining unit member(s). These activities will be conducted at a school site under the supervision of the building administrator and/or the Association president and District administrator.
