Total Fees. Subject to clause 7, the fees are fixed and will not change unless agreed in writing between the parties. The Authority will not be liable to pay the Provider any fees or charges for the services other than the fees.

The Resident agrees and acknowledges that by accepting an Offer of Residence at Graduate House the Resident is committing to staying for the full occupancy period (subject to the terms of this agreement). The Resident further agrees to pay an occupancy fee (“the Occupancy Fee”) corresponding to their assigned Room and related Suite for the entire Occupancy Period, as well as the Graduate House Council Fee, and other fees and/or deposits as outlined in Sections 5.1 to 5.5. Students are expected to monitor their financial accounts on ACORN.
Total Fees. Both the member monthly fee and the deposit must be submitted prior to a new member moving into the house. If a new member is not able to pay the full amount prior to moving in, the deposit may be split in half in which half is due on the first day of moving in and the second half is due 14 days after moving in. There must be substantial proof to allow a deposit to be split into half amounts.
Total Fees. Even though there is no top-out or maximum amount guaranteed or implied in our estimation of our total fees owing, some basic budgeting assumptions have proven to be historically accurate in over 300 projects:

When services for a Client result in an executed and funded transaction, a total of $5 per metric ton is set aside to be shared among Intermediaries (Buyer’s Representative, Broker and/or Mandate). In the event that the Buyer’s Representative. Broker and/ of Mandate are unable to determine the split of the $5 per metric ton, Xxxxxx Grains will disperse the fees ($5 per metric ton) as follows:
Total Fees. The student is expected to pay full-time tuition and fees as if they are on-campus. No additional student fees are required by the program. # 12 Laws, Regulations and Refunds This Agreement is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. If performance of this Agreement involves violation of applicable law or regulation thereby making it legally impossible to perform and such illegality is not the fault of the student, the University shall refund to Student all fees paid pursuant to this agreement as authorized in section 41802 of title 5 of the California Administrative Code; upon payment of said refund all rights of university and Student are expressly waived under this agreement. No refunds will be made for fees already paid in the event of expulsion of the participant from the Program or if the participant leaves the Program.
Total Fees. The Resident agrees to pay to the University the Residence Fees described in the section 6.5 Residence Fees Schedule. All residents are required to purchase a meal plan following their offer of residence. Students are expected to monitor their financial accounts on ACORN.
Total Fees. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord during the Lease Period, the Total Fees (comprising the Rent for the Premises and the Service Charge) on the first day of each quarter during the Lease Period. The Landlord may elect to have the payment dates for the Total Fees coincide with the calendar quarters, in which case the Landlord will (in the event the Commencement Date does not coincide with the beginning of a calendar quarter) advise the Tenant of the pro rata amount of the Total Fees to pay for the portion of the calendar quarter commencing on the Commencement Date.
