Timeliness of Tenders. Tenders must be received at the place designated for receipt of tenders, not later than the time and date specified in this Invitation to Tender. No tender received after the due date and time will be considered.

Timeliness of Tenders. Tenders must be received at the email address designated for receipt of tenders, not later than the time and date specified in this Invitation to Tender: 3pm on Monday, September 30, 2019. Tenders received after the due date and time may not receive serious consideration.

In the event that Patient is feeling unsafe or requires immediate medical or psychiatric assistance, he/she should call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.

  • ACCURACY OF CUSTOMER’S PLANS AND MEASUREMENTS a) The Company is entitled to rely on the accuracy of any plans, specifications and other information provided by the Customer. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that in the event that any of this information provided by the Customer is inaccurate the Company accepts no responsibility for any loss, damages or costs howsoever resulting from these inaccurate plans, specifications or other information.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation. This shall not be applicable to firms and/or individuals providing responses to a publicly posted Request for Information (RFI) associated with a solicitation.

  • ROAD DIMENSIONS Purchaser shall perform road work in accordance with the dimensions shown on the TYPICAL SECTION SHEET and the specifications within this road plan.
