Time of Application. Unless otherwise provided for in the Subcontract Documents or as mutually agreed between the Contractor and the Subcontractor, the Subcontractor shall submit progress payment applications to the Contractor no later than the 25th day of each month for Subcontract Work performed up to the end of that month indicating the Subcontract Work completed and, to the extent allowed under Subparagraph 7.3.4, materials suitably stored during the payment period.

Time of Application. For the purposes of calculating any Purchase Commission, payments or other funds received by Burdale will be applied (conditional upon final collection) in satisfaction or reduction of the Company's liabilities under the Finance Documents one (1) Business Day following the date of receipt of funds by Burdale in the Payment Account. Use will not be allowed for those that are unable to meet this requirement. The Lessor has one option through our own insurance carrier that can meet this requirement.
