Time of Application. An application for leave of absence shall be made by the employee as far in advance of the date requested as is reasonably possible under the circumstances.
Time of Application. For the purposes of calculating any Purchase Commission, payments or other funds received by Burdale will be applied (conditional upon final collection) in satisfaction or reduction of the Company's liabilities under the Finance Documents one (1) Business Day following the date of receipt of funds by Burdale in the Payment Account. Public Safety / Non-Profit Serving the best interest of the District: No Cost or security deposit required; however, all other conditions apply such as a signed agreement, liability insurance, replacement of disposable kitchen supplies. Ø A signed rental agreement must be completed prior to use of the room. Ø A Certificate of Liability Insurance must be presented prior to use of the hall. Minimum liability coverage is $1,000,000.00. This certificate can be obtained from the insurance company that carries your policy. Contact your insurance agent. Ø A security deposit of $1,000.00 will be required prior to the date of the event. Ø The security deposit will be returned upon satisfactory cleaning of the hall and removal of all trash. (See attached sheet: Cleaning Requirements). Any cleaning required to return the room to the condition it was in at the time of rental will be deducted from the security deposit. (We charge $50.00 per hour if we need to have someone come in and clean up after you). You will also be responsible for damage to the hall and/or its contents. REQUIREMENTS FOR INSURANCE A certificate of liability insurance is required for any event to be held in the Xxxxx Room. A certificate may be obtained from the insurance company, which carries your insurance policy. Call your insurance agent with the following information. Use will not be allowed for those that are unable to meet this requirement. The Lessor has one option through our own insurance carrier that can meet this requirement.

CEOs in a workforce area may not establish a Board until the 2 Governor has designated that area as a workforce area as provided in the Workforce 3 Investment Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 2308. 4 5 (f) Applications shall meet all Governor-approved criteria for the establishment of 6 Boards.
