THE GROUP SHALL. A. Adopt a minimum of a one (1) mile section (both sides of roadway) adjacent to the road, for litter removal at least four (4) times per year.
THE GROUP SHALL a. Pay the AGREEMENT fee, in the amount of $270 to COUNTY to offset the COUNTY’s costs for the Adopt-A-Road Program. This fee shall be waived if the GROUP is a nonprofit group.
THE GROUP SHALL. A. Be responsible for a minimum of 2-miles of a road or combination of shorter roads totaling the minimum for litter remover and shall remove litter at least quarterly. Two of these cleanups must coincide with Keep America Beautiful “Great American Cleanup” in March, April and May and with the “International Coastal Cleanup” the 3rd Saturday in September.
THE GROUP SHALL. A. Be responsible for a minimum of a two-mile segment of a road or combination of shorter roads totaling a minimum of one mile for litter removal and shall remove litter from the designated roadsides at least quarterly.
THE GROUP SHALL. A. Perform litter removal on the Adopted Road Section in accordance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), and the Florida Department of Transportation Design Standards Index 601 and 602 all of which by this reference are incorporated herein.

  • Group Grievance Where a number of employees have identical grievances and each employee would be entitled to grieve separately they may present a group grievance in writing signed by each employee who is grieving to the Administrator or her designate within ten (10) days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have occurred or ought reasonably to have come to the attention of the employee(s). The grievance shall then be treated as being initiated at Step No. 1 and the applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect to the processing of such grievance.

  • Group Grievances No more than five (5) grievants will be permitted to attend grievance meetings.
