TESTS AND INSPECTION. 12.16.1 Where Contract Documents require the Work be inspected, tested, or approved, and when Contractor determines that the Work is Substantially Complete, he shall give timely notice, including written notice where required. However, should work requiring testing, inspection or approval not be in readiness, Contractor shall pay salaries, professional fees, travel and living expenses, as applicable, for persons inconvenienced by false notice.
TESTS AND INSPECTION. 11.1 The Contractor shall carry out the various tests as enumerated in the technical specifications of this tender document and the technical documents that will be furnished to him during the performance of the work and no separate payment shall be made unless otherwise specified in schedule of rates.

TESTS AND INSPECTION. 10.1 The Company shall be entitled to inspect the Products and any Incidental Services being supplied at any time to determine whether the Products and Incidental Services are being supplied in accordance with this Agreement.

(a) The Operator shall at its own expense carry out at the place of manufacture or on the Site all such tests and inspections of the Plant and Equipment and any part of the New Facility as are specified in the Contract and in Schedule 7. The Operator shall, in addition to those tests and inspections set out in the Contract, develop a plan for all testing and inspection of the New Facility that is required in order to complete the New Facility in accordance with the Technical Specifications.
TESTS AND INSPECTION. VCTC shall have the right at any time to inspect the License Property and the Facility so as to monitor compliance with the terms of this Agreement. VCTC shall be permitted to conduct any tests or assessments, including but not limited to environmental assessments, of, on or about the License Property, as it determines to be necessary in its sole judgment or useful to evaluate the condition of the License Property, or if VCTC determines that any installation on, or use or condition of the License Property may have an adverse effect on the VCTC Property, adjacent property (whether or not owned by VCTC) or VCTC operations. LICENSEE shall cooperate with VCTC and its agents in any tests or inspections deemed necessary by VCTC. LICENSEE shall pay or reimburse VCTC and appropriate regulatory agencies, as appropriate, for all reasonable costs and expenses incurred due to the tests, inspections or any necessary corrective work and inspections thereafter.

Owner to provide for all testing and inspection of Work: Owner shall maintain an adequate testing and inspection program and perform such tests and inspections as are necessary or required to ensure that the Work conforms to the requirements of the Contract Documents. Contractor shall be responsible for quality surveillance of all its Work and all Work performed by any Subcontractor. Unless otherwise provided, Owner shall make arrangements for such tests, inspections, and approvals with an independent testing laboratory or entity acceptable to Owner, or with the appropriate public authority, and shall bear all related costs of tests, inspections, and approvals. Contractor shall give Owner timely notice of when and where tests and inspections are to be made. Contractor shall maintain complete inspection records and make them available to Owner.
