This Contract continues for the Contract Period, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Contract.

Pursuant to approval by the City of Suisun City, it is anticipated the contract awarded as a result of this RFP shall be for five (5) years with an option to renew for an additional five (5) years. The City shall provide the CDI with sixty (60) days notice of its intent to renew. Any renewal shall be on the same terms and conditions as the original agreement except for any authorized price adjustments.

This License Agreement may be terminated at any time by the City of Elmira; term of the Agreement shall be for one (1) year effective from June 15, 2021 and expiring on June 14, 2022. To cancel renewal of this Agreement, Singh must notify the City in writing of his election not to renew this Agreement no later than sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date of this Agreement or any subsequent renewal.
Term and Option. The Term of this Agreement (the “Term”) shall commence on the Effective Date August 29, 2018 and shall continue through August 30, 2020, subject to earlier termination in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. In the event that the Essential Air Service Program under which the Prescott Regional is operating is cancelled, including cancellation by Airline, or the contract is not awarded to Airline following execution of this Agreement and during the Term of this Agreement, the contract may be cancelled notwithstanding Article 11 by either party without cause following the termination of service by Airline to the Airport. The City and the community waive the right to hold-in Airline upon issuance of a 120 days notice to terminate service. Airline will be responsible for all obligations under the terms of this Agreement prior to the termination date.
