TEMPORARY STAFF a) A temporary staff representative, under this Agreement, means those employed for a period of less than six (6) months total accumulated time and shall be entitled to all benefits of this Agreement. Notice will be given to the Staff Union of all temporary staff, the reason, and the approximate duration of employment. This six (6) month period may be extended by mutual agreement.

TEMPORARY STAFF. 22. Upon receipt of an Enquiry for Temporary Staff, the Agency shall manage a campaign to identify suitable Candidates and shall provide weekly updates on the progress of the campaign to Boulting’s Senior Representative.
TEMPORARY STAFF. In the event of a layoff, if there are temporary employees in the Emergency Services Officer or Driver/Operator classification, the Laboratory will not retain those employees or employees of another classification that may perform related duties.
