Paint used must be of the anti-graffiti, corrosion resisting, non-conductive, semi-gloss type as manufactured by Armor Products, Inc., by BC Products International, Inc., by Con- Lux Coatings, Inc. or an approved equal. 4.2.42.1.1. Paint Characteristics: - The protective coating must exhibit the following characteristic. Exceptional resistance to ultra violet light, road salt compounds, and industrial chemical fumes. High impact resistance forward and reverse to withstand 160 psi directly without cracking, chipping, or peeling. Display a water transmission rate of less than 0.00000005 Perms. Bend over 180 degrees and 1/8" mandrel without cracking. Suitable for applications in below freezing temperatures. Resist solvents for removal of graffiti off painted surface. Resist flame or high temperatures to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Shall possess unique molecular structure suitable for brush, roll or spray application to achieve high quality, general purpose usage, exceptional spreadability and adhesion. Exhibit corrosion resistance equal to that tested as part of Painting System #41 by the Steel Structures Painting Council.

Two part aliphatic urethane with a 3 to 1 mixture ration and an absolute minimum of 60 percent solid content. Maximum VOC of 3.45 per gallon.

  • Road Surfaces (1) Grade, shape, crown, and/or outslope surface and shoulders.

  • Surface  Grade and shape the road surface, turnouts, and shoulders to the original shape on the TYPICAL SECTION SHEET. Inslope or outslope as directed to provide a smooth, rut-free traveled surface and maintain surface water runoff in an even, unconcentrated manner.  Blading shall not undercut the backslope or cut into geotextile fabric on the road.  If required by the Contract Administrator, water shall be applied as necessary to control dust and retain fine surface rock.  Surface material shall not be bladed off the roadway. Replace surface material when lost or worn away, or as directed by the Contract Administrator.  Remove shoulder berms, created by grading, to facilitate drainage, except as marked or directed by the Contract Administrator.  For roads with geotextile fabric: spread surface aggregate to fill in soft spots and wheel ruts (barrel spread) to prevent damage to the geotextile fabric.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins.

  • FABRICATION Making up data or results and recording or reporting them.

  • Walls 12 Developer shall provide rustication patterns on all walls, except drainage headwalls, in Aesthetic 13 Area 3 in accordance with Exhibit L2.24 of the LAADCR. The final designs shall resemble these 14 simulations.

  • Excavation If any excavation shall be made upon land adjacent to or under the Building, or shall be authorized to be made, Tenant shall afford to the person causing or authorized to cause such excavation, license to enter the Premises for the purpose of performing such work as said person shall deem necessary or desirable to preserve and protect the Building from injury or damage and to support the same by proper foundations, without any claim for damages or liability against Landlord and without reducing or otherwise affecting Tenant’s obligations under this Lease.

  • Welding Welding and use of cutting torches or cutoff saws will be permitted only in areas that have been cleared or are free of all material capable of carrying fire. Flammable debris and vegetation must be removed from within a minimum 10-foot radius of all welding and cutting operations. A shovel and a 5-gallon standard backpack water container filled and with handpump attached shall be immediately available for use in the event of a fire start. C8.212 – MARKET-RELATED CONTRACT TERM ADDITION (11/08). The term of this contract may be adjusted when a drastic reduction in wood product prices has occurred in accordance with 36 CFR 223.52. The Producer Price Index used to determine when a drastic reduction in price has occurred is stated in A20. Purchaser will be notified whenever the Chief determines that a drastic reduction in wood product prices has occurred.   • Fill, Backfill and Landscaping No soil found on Site, or transported to the Site from remote locations, which contains debris or waste or Hazardous Materials shall be used for fill, backfill or landscaping topsoil.
