Supersession. On execution of this Agreement by the Company and the Executive, the relationship between the Company and the Executive will be bound by the terms of this Agreement, any documents executed in connection with this Agreement, any documents specifically referred to in this Agreement and the Employment Policies Manual. In the event of a conflict between the Employment Policies Manual and this Agreement, this Agreement will control in all respects.
Supersession. The following enumerated Government Code sections and all existing rules, regulations, standards, practices, and policies which implement the enumerated Government Code sections are hereby incorporated into this Contract. However, if any other provision of this Contract alters or is in conflict with any of the Government Code sections enumerated below, the Contract shall be controlling and supersede said Government Code sections or parts thereof and any rule, regulation, standard, practice, or policy implementing such provisions.
Supersession. Supersession. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written, among the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and as of the date hereof constitute the entire understanding of the Parties with respect to the subject matter.

Supersession. Except as provided herein, this Agreement constitute the whole agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any other prior agreements or understanding relating to such subject matter. Provided, however, that it shall not prejudice the rights and obligations which have arisen out of the prior agreements and continuing to subsist unless otherwise agreed to be relinquished or abrogated through this Agreement.

Such supersession may occur if you download, install, or use Software or Software upgrades or updates. This XXXX supersedes prior XXXX versions under which the Software was licensed to you.
