Storm Drain. Box culverts and headwall structures shall be deemed substantially complete upon installation as shown on the approved plans and specifications therefore and in accordance with the City standard plans and specifications and verification of such installation by the civil engineer, and confirmation of such installation by the City inspector.

Storm Drain. The Developer shall extend a 12-inch storm drain in East 8th Street from an existing manhole at the intersection with Cottonwood Avenue to the Developer Tract. The City shall allow connection to the new storm drain to manage stormwater runoff from the developed site.
