Specific obligations of the Authority. 6.1.1 The Authority shall grant in a timely manner all such approvals, permissions and authorizations which Concessionaire may require or is obliged to seek from the Authority under this Agreement, in connection with implementation of the Project and the performance of its obligations. Provided where authorization for availing permits for utilities such as power, water, sewerage, telecommunications or any other incidental services/utilities is required, the same shall be provided by the Authority within 120 (One Hundred and Twenty) days from receipt of request from Concessionaire to make available such authorization, subject to the conditions of the applications / details submitted being complete and correct.
