TCP DNS resolution RTT Refers to the RTT of the sequence of packets from the start of the TCP connection to its end, including the reception of the DNS response for only one DNS query. If the RTT is 5 times greater than the time specified in the relevant SLR, the RTT will be considered undefined.
DNS resolution RTT Refers to either “UDP DNS resolution RTT” or “TCP DNS resolution RTT”.
Order of Precedence; Incorporation by Reference Any inconsistency or ambiguity in this Contract shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following order: (1) This Contract and attachments, (2) RFP document, (3) the CONSULTANT’s response to the RFP document, and (4) attachments prepared by the CONSULTANT. Binding Effect of Resolutions Every resolution and every Extraordinary Resolution passed in accordance with the provisions of this Article 7 at a meeting of Registered Warrantholders shall be binding upon all the Warrantholders, whether present at or absent from such meeting, and every instrument in writing signed by Registered Warrantholders in accordance with Section 7.14 shall be binding upon all the Warrantholders, whether signatories thereto or not, and each and every Warrantholder and the Warrant Agent (subject to the provisions for indemnity herein contained) shall be bound to give effect accordingly to every such resolution and instrument in writing.
Governing Law and Resolution of Disputes 14.1 The execution, effectiveness, construction, performance, amendment and termination of this Agreement and the resolution of disputes hereunder shall be governed by the laws of China.
Disputes Resolution 10:01 Jurisdictional disputes involving workers employed under this Collective Agreement shall henceforth be resolved under the provisions of the Canadian Jurisdictional Disputes Plan in accordance with its rules and regulations and without work stoppage, slow down or other lack of production, and it is further agreed that a jurisdictional dispute shall in no way interfere with the progress or prosecution of work.
Consent of Securities Regulators to Amendment Except for amendments made under Part 3, the securities regulators with jurisdiction must approve any amendment to this Agreement and will apply mutual reliance principles in reviewing any amendments that are filed with them. Therefore, the consent of the Principal Regulator will evidence the consent of all securities regulators with jurisdiction.
