Site Approval. Immediately upon approval, the Charter School shall contact the Facilities Services Division and obtain site approval. Site Approval. The provisions in this Section apply only to the extent TAMUS owns or controls the surface estate of the LEASED PREMISES.
Site Approval. Xxxxxxxx shall meet with the Herndon decision maker and a representative of Arts Herndon to confirm temporary space needs, anticipated to be ±3,500 sf., to satisfy Xxxxxxx’x program requirements. Herndon shall determine program requirements in its reasonable discretion. Xxxxxxxx shall survey the Herndon market for space to accommodate these needs, including contacting property owners and potentially issuing an RFP. Xxxxxxxx shall present sites that substantially meet the program requirements to Herndon and Arts Center Herndon representatives for approval. Whether a site substantially meets space needs shall be determined by Herndon in its reasonable discretion.
Site Approval. Proposed sites for new acquisitions shall be submitted to the AASC and the Arts Commission for approval, and to the Airport’s Design Review Committee for review.
Site Approval. For each proposed site at which you seek to establish and operate a Franchised Business, you agree to abide by our site selection procedures as set forth in the Company’s confidential Operations Manual (the “Manual”). Once a site has been selected within the Designated Territory and approved by us, Attachment A shall be amended to reflect the approved Franchised Location.
