Shopping. Goods and works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.
Shopping. 4. The methods of procurement are subject to, among other things, the detailed arrangements and threshold values set forth in the Procurement Plan. The Borrower may only modify the methods of procurement or threshold values with the prior agreement of ADB, and modifications must be set out in updates to the Procurement Plan.
Shopping. Goods estimated to cost less than US$50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed US$500,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.
Shopping. Goods estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.5 of the Procurement Guidelines.
Shopping. Goods estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract and works estimated to cost less than $ 100,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.5 of the Guidelines.
Shopping. Goods estimated to cost $25,000 equivalent or less per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $500,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international or national shopping procedures, at the option of the Borrower, in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines. Shopping. Goods and Non-Consultants’ Services estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract and works estimated to cost less than $150,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.
Shopping. Goods estimated to cost less than $30,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping. For purposes of improving economy, efficiency and transparency, the following special provisions shall apply to contracts for Goods estimated to cost between $5,000-$30,000:
Shopping. Works and goods (other than ARV’s and other related products) estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, and ARV’s and other related products estimated to cost less than $250,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.
Shopping. Works estimated to cost less than US$30,000 equivalent per contract, goods (other than vehicles) estimated to cost less than US$25,000 equivalent per contract, and all vehicles regardless of value, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.
