Seventh Day. A Seventh Day is any seventh (7th) consecutive day worked, regardless of the scheduled work week, and shall be paid at double-time (2X) for the first eight (8) hours worked, and triple-time (3X) for all hours worked thereafter.
Seventh Day. For work Performed on the Seventh Day worked in the Work Week as Defined in Section 5.02:
Seventh Day. Overtime at the rate of two (2) times the regular rate of pay shall be paid for all work performed on the seventh consecutive day worked in the normal workweek. Temporary changes in the permanent work schedules will not be made for the purpose of avoiding overtime payment.
Seventh Day. All overtime hours worked on the seventh (7th) day of the unit member’s work week shall be compensated at double (2x) the regular rate of pay.
Seventh Day. For all work on a seventh consecutive day on the same production, employees shall be paid one and one-half (1½) times their regular daily rate. There shall be no layoffs or other reductions solely to avoid 7th days.
Seventh Day. Employees working seven (7) consecutive days in a payroll week will be paid double (2) times the regular rate of pay for all hours worked on the seventh (7th) day. To include a day for the seventh (7th) day pay computation, a twelve (12) hour shift employee must work six (6) or more consecutive hours or and eight (8) hour shift employee must work four (4) or more consecutive hours in each of the six (6) preceding days, unless any of such days include hours considered as worked as referred to in Paragraphs 9.10, 9.11.
Seventh Day. In the event an employee has actually worked six (6) complete consecutive days in the work week, the employee shall receive double the straight time hourly rate for hours worked on Saturday, the seventh day.
Seventh Day. All work performed on the seventh day of a work week schedule shall be paid double time the employee's regular hourly rate of pay.
Seventh Day. If an employee actually works seven consecutive days in a plant workweek, the employee shall be compensated at a rate of two and half times his regular straight time hourly rate. In order to be eligible for this premium the employee must have worked seven consecutive days in the workweek unless excused on their regularly scheduled workdays for bereavement leave, jury duty, a floating holiday or by plant management for other unavoidable absences.
