Service Lines. Concessionaire shall keep and maintain in good condition all service lines and electrical equipment and fixtures located at or in its Assigned Area.
Service Lines. Each service line shall be installed with a minimum depth of cover of twenty-four inches (24”) from the main to the property line and twenty-four inches (24”) from the property line to the structure, and thirty inches (30") in alleys, easements, streets and roads. Should the meter location be at the property line, minimum cover shall be twenty-four inches (24"). In all circumstances, when mandated by governmental agencies, additional cover will be required. Service lines shall be graded uniformly so that any liquids will drain toward the main. Each service line shall be properly supported on undisturbed or well-compacted soil. Sags or pockets are not permitted.
Service Lines. Service lines are measured by the number of each size, material, and type installed. The types specified will either be short side service for those that do not require the crossing of a street or roadway; and long side service when the installation will span a roadway.
Service Lines. Service Lines will be paid for at the Contract Unit Price per each for each type (Long Side, or Short Side), size and material installed. Payment is full compensation for excavating, erosion control, backfilling, removing, and replacing pavement, testing and placing fittings, jointing, and connecting to the main, and providing other incidentals necessary to complete the Item. Payment will also include all work referenced in Section 665.3.05.A.6 of this specification and laying pipe in casing when required.
Service Lines. Bank shall use standards in connection with the Program that are at least as favorable as the standards used by Bank in connection with Bank’s customers and with other programs administered or operated by Bank with respect to establishing available products and services and, to the extent applicable, the amount of such products and services, for prospective T-Mobile Customers.
Service Lines. A. Water service line shall be 3/4 or 1-inch diameter or as shown on the Drawings and shall be either copper or plastic tubing. Copper tubing shall conform to ASTM B88 and shall be type K suitable for flared fittings.
Service Lines. No “service lines” shall be constructed, placed or maintained anywhere in or upon the Property unless the same shall be contained in conduits or cables constructed, placed and maintained underground or concealed in, under or on buildings or other approved improvements, except that electrical transformers may be permitted if properly screened and approved by the Declarant. Nothing herein shall be deemed to forbid the erection and use of temporary power or telephone service poles incident to the construction of approved improvements, nr the installation of permanent outdoor safety light poles. The foregoing shall not apply to “transmission lines” to be provided by Declarant, now or hereafter existing on the Property. It is the intent of the Declarant to locate all future “transmission lines” in such a manner that they shall be as inconspicuous as possible. As used herein, the term “service line” shall include electric, cable television and telephone poles, wires, cables, conduits and/or equipment or other devices for the conveyance and use of electricity, telephone, radio and television signals on any Site or part thereof. As used herein, the term “transmission line” shall include such master electric, cable television and telephone poles, wires, cables, conduits, and/or equipment or other devices for the conveyance and use of electricity, telephone radio and/or television signals to the Sites or parts thereof, and from which the “service lines” run .
Service Lines a. The Contractor shall operate a member service line that collectively cover the following functions and topics:
Service Lines. The Homeowner shall install, maintain and own the Service Line(s). In installing the Service Line the Homeowner shall comply with all local, state and federal health laws, and applicable plumbing and other codes as well as Company standards. The Company reserves the right to inspect Service Lines at any reasonable time and to require corrections where necessary; however, the Company is not obligated to inspect and assumes no responsibility for the Service Line. If the Homeowner does not comply with applicable standards, the Company may discontinue the Homeowner’s water service.
