Section 16.1.1. 11 Employees who work five (5) hours or more per day will be paid on a twelve (12) month basis. 12 Employees hired prior to March 1, 2012 who work more than five (5) hours per day have the 13 option of being paid on a ten (10) month or twelve (12) month basis. They must indicate their 14 preference in writing by 4:00 p.m. on September 10th of each year. This decision will remain in 15 effect for the entire school year. Section 16.1.1. 40 Any employee who works an average of four (4) hours per day or more is eligible to earn one 41 additional day of pay to receive training related to educational technology. The training will be 42 determined and provided by the District. Employees who complete the technology training 43 shall document these training hours on a timesheet. 44
