Scope of Insurance Coverage. The Contractor’s insurance as required by the Contract Documents (including subcontractors’ insurance), by endorsement to the policies and the Certificates of Insurance, shall include the following and may be presented in the form of a rider attached to the Certificates of Insurance:

Scope of Insurance Coverage. In the event that any insurance required to be obtained by the Tenant is no longer available from any reputable North American insurer or is no longer available on commercially reasonable terms (the “Excluded Insurance Coverage”), then the Tenant shall not be obligated to obtain the Excluded Insurance Coverage during such period of time as the Excluded Insurance Coverage is no longer available from any reputable North American insurer or no longer available on commercially reasonable terms.
Scope of Insurance Coverage. All policies, except for Workers' Compensation, shall contain a waiver of subrogation in favor of the Pima County Community College District, its Board of Governors, employees, students, and any of its affiliates, subsidiaries or related entities. Such insurance policies must include provisions whereby full coverage is afforded also offshore when the Work entails offshore activities.

  • MAINTENANCE OF INSURANCE COVERAGE Each party agrees to maintain throughout the term of this Agreement professional liability insurance coverage of the type and amount reasonably customary in its industry. Upon request, a party shall furnish the other party with pertinent information concerning the professional liability insurance coverage that it maintains. Such information shall include the identity of the insurance carrier(s), coverage levels, and deductible amounts.
