Satellite Services. In the event EBC provides a Transponder and/or Transponder Capacity (collectively “Satellite Services”) such Satellite Services may be subject to the terms and conditions of satellite services agreement(s). For the avoidance of doubt, the satellite services agreement(s) are not incorporated into this Agreement and are separate, severable contract(s) from this Agreement.
Satellite Services. Partner will determine, in its sole discretion, if and when to proceed with the Phase 1 Service Period. During the Phase 1 Service Period, Globalstar shall provide the Satellite Services in accordance with the Specifications, SLA, all applicable Standards, any applicable SOW and all other terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Satellite Services. From the date hereof and until July 14, 2008, Purchaser shall not, directly or indirectly, offer, sell or solicit sales of, take orders for, or provide or install equipment for, any direct-to-home satellite broadcast services to be provided at the Newport Properties.
Satellite Services. Califa hereby grants to Directrix, and Directrix hereby accepts the right, and the obligation in consideration for the Satellite Services Fee (hereafter defined), to provide Playback, Compression and Encryption, Terrestrial Connectivity, Authorization (possibly only temporarily), and to Uplink the Network (collectively the "Satellite Services"). All Satellite Services provided hereunder by Directrix or Directrix's subcontractors shall be under Califa's sole direction and control, and Califa shall be entitled to have a Califa representative at the Operations Facility at any time. Directrix shall provide the Satellite Services hereunder on a twenty-four (24) hour per day, seven (7) days per week basis in a timely and efficient manner that rises at least to the level of, in all material respects, the past practices and procedures of Spice for the Spice Network prior to the Closing. Directrix shall consult with Califa as problems regarding the Satellite Services arise. Additionally, Directrix shall provide a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week toll-free telephone number for both routine and emergency service calls, and regularly provide Califa with a log of such calls. In the event that Califa elects not to utilize Directrix to provide Authorization services, such telephone number shall be for Califa's use only.
Satellite Services. The Parties acknowledge that the Services to be provided hereunder will be providing using satellites and transponder space leased by Service Provider from a Satellite Company. The Services shall be provided in accordance with the operation guidelines and specifications of the Satellite Company, as amended by the Satellite Company from time to time. Both Parties shall comply with such guidelines and specifications as necessary to facilitate provision and use of the Services.
Satellite Services. A. Spaceconnection offers, if and when available, and Shop at Home hereby orders, if and when available, AT&T Skynet transponder service consisting of service on one (1) bronze c-band 36 MHz 12 watt transponder on Telstar 402R (the "Transponder" or "Designated Transponder") for service beginning on October 1, 1995 or the first day that AT&T places the satellite in service, whichever occurs later (the "Commencement Date") and terminating three years from the Commencement Date (the "Termination Date").

Satellite Services. Pursuant to the Project, Globalstar shall develop and provide to Partner a 24x7x365 fully managed duplex RF communication satellite service that enables satellite communications to and from Wireless Devices, utilizing the Satellite Spectrum, and Globalstar satellites and gateways, such service being suitable for the Intended Use (the “Satellite Services”).
Satellite Services. Satellite Service is a contended service, for which a contention ratio is applicable. Customer will adhere to GDS' fair access policy, a copy of which is available upon written request to GDS. GDS implements weight-based fair queuing algorithms to give all customers equal and fair access to network resources if no Customer specific QoS is implemented.
