Sabotage. Sabotage is of concern to all Parties involved on any work site and may affect safety, and therefore both the physical and mental well being of all persons on site. The Parties to this Agreement will not tolerate sabotage, and will ensure that any person/s responsible for such action is immediately dismissed. It is accepted that the relevant authorities may have to be notified, and provisions of the OH&S Act implemented.

Gambling, lottery, or any other game of chance on school district property. Unauthorized distribution of literature, written or printed matter of any description on school district property. Posting or removing notices, signs, or writing in any form on bulletin boards of school district property at any time without specific authority of the administration. Poor workmanship. Immoral conduct or indecency including abusive and/or foul language. Excessive personal calls during working hours, except for emergencies. This includes in­coming and out­going calls. Walking off job. Clocking in or out on another employee's time card or time sheet. Smoking or using tobacco products in an unauthorized area, including the use of e­cigarettes, personal vaporizers and other similar devices, regardless of whether those devices are used with cartridges containing nicotine. Refusal of job transfer, if the transfer does not result in a demotion. Abuse of "breaks" (rest periods) or meal period policies. Insubordination of any kind.
