RUNNING EXPENSES. The Charterer agrees to accept the Yacht as outlined herein and further agrees to pay ALL running expenses during the term of the charter. This will include, but is not limited to, fuel, oil, water, food and other consumables, pilotage, port charges, customs fees, dockage and crew fees. Charterer will return the Yacht and dinghy with tanks full of fuel and water in their respective tanks.

RUNNING EXPENSES. The Charterer shall pay all running expenses during charter period including pilotage, port charges, cruise guide and crew charges, service calls if applicable , refuelling costs, and provisions and supplies for him and his party. The charterer is required to provide credit card details and authorisation for payment to cover any outstanding fees and charges.

RUNNING EXPENSES. VIP Yacht Charters will deliver the Yacht with fuel and water tanks topped off at VIP Yacht Charters’s expense. Charterer agrees to accept the Yacht delivered as here in provided and to pay all running expenses during the term of charter over and above the initial complimentary of consumables placed aboard the Yacht on the start date except fuel for the diesel engines, generator, and outboard, which will be billed at the end of the charter. Such expenses shall additionally include any cost for communication placed at the request of his party during the Charter period. Any exceptions, additions, or explanations to the above are noted as follows; Charterer is responsible for return transfer of day captain or friendly skipper to base.

RUNNING EXPENSES. After take-over-expenditure for port dues, water, fuel, oil and any other stores required, as well as the repair of any damage or breakdown that may occur while the Vessel is in the Charterer’s care, and which are not the result of normal wear and tear, shall be made by the Charterer at his/her expense, provided that he/she has previously obtained the consent of the Operator to a technical suitability of the repair to be made. In the case of repairs to damage or failure clearly resulting from normal wear and tear, the Charterer shall previously obtain the Operator's consent with regard to the cost and technical suitability of these repairs and the Charterer shall collect the relevant receipts against which he shall be refunded by the Operator at the end of the charter period. No other compensation claims will be recognized.
RUNNING EXPENSES. The Charterer agrees to pay all running expenses during the term of the charter, fuel, water, engine and other consumable stores, pilotage, port charges, and provisions and supplies for him/her self and party. All fuel and water tanks will be filled prior to delivery. Charterer shall redeliver vessel to Manager with fuel and water tanks filled, head holding tank emptied, and trash removed to avoid refueling or service charges.

RUNNING EXPENSES. The Franchisee alone shall bear all running expenses of the Centre i.e. to provide trained staff and faculty members, representatives to run the academy in elective manner and shall pay Electricity, Water Charges for the said premises. The Franchisor shall not be liable to pay any amount for the staff employed at the said premises.
