RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter / maintenance agency /association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/closed parking's and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the [Apartment/Plot] or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

The Vendor / maintenance agency /association of Purchasers shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, Open/Covered Parking’s and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Purchaser agrees to permit the association of Purchasers and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.
RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/Maintenance Agency/Association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access to all Common Areas mentioned in Schedules D & E as also the garages/covered parking and Parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance and repair services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Association of Allottees and/or Maintenance Agency to enter into the said Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to cause necessary repairs and maintenance and set right any defect.
RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Vendor/ maintenance agency/Association of Purchaser/Allottees shall have rightsof unrestricted access of all common areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Purchaser/Allottee(s) agrees to permit the Association of Purchaser/Allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Unit/Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.
RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/Association/Maintenance In-charge shall have right of unrestricted access of all Common Areas and Installations, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Purchaser agrees to permit the Promoter and Association and/or Maintenance In-charge to enter into the Designated Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect or for inspection and requiring the Purchaser to remedy any want of repair.
RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/maintenance agency/association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Duplex or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect. However, all warranties of fixtures electronic/mechanical or others given by the Promoter shall be covered by manufacturer as per terms & condition; the Promoter shall not be responsible for any warranty on any fixtures under any circumstances.

However, all warranties of fixtures electronic/mechanical or others given by the Promoter shall be covered by manufacturer as per terms & condition; the Promoter shall not be responsible for any warranty on any fixtures under any circumstances.
