Recording of Documents. Each of the Deed, the Lease Supplement, the Memorandum of Lease, the Assignment of Lease, the Consent to the Assignment of Lease and the Mortgage delivered on such Property Closing Date will be recorded with the appropriate Governmental Authorities in the order set forth in this paragraph, and the UCC Financing Statements with respect to the Property being acquired will be filed with the appropriate Govern mental Authorities.
Recording of Documents. Transferee shall be responsible, at Transferee's expense, for the filing or recording of such deeds, assignments, instruments or documents delivered by Transferor hereunder, and for the preparation and recording of such additional assignments, instruments or documents as may be necessary or appropriate to perfect Transferee's title to or interest in the Assets.

The parties shall execute or have executed all papers and documents which may be necessary or desirable to record SEN as a licensee or sub-licensee user of said Patents, Technical Information, improvements and modifications of Technical Information and related patents in the different jurisdictions of the world where such recording is necessary in order to protect the rights of either party in and to said Patents, Technical Information, improvements and modifications and related patents.
Recording of Documents. All documents required by Bank to be recorded or filed in connection with this modification shall have been duly recorded in the county in which the Property is located and/or filed in the appropriate governmental office.

No later than ten (10) days after the Effective Date, Owner shall record or cause to be recorded in the Official Records for Orange County, California, an executed original of this Agreement (or memorandum of this Agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney and Owner's counsel). Upon its execution, the terms and conditions of the Regulatory Agreement shall be binding upon and run with the Property and the Project. It is the express intent and agreement between the Parties that the Regulatory Agreement shall remain binding and enforceable against the Property, the Project, and the Units to ensure compliance with the State Density Bonus Law and Chapter 2-3 of the Irvine Zoning Code, and to ensure the continued supply of Affordable Units in the Project.
Recording of Documents. Both parties understand that this document shall be recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court, Bartow County, Georgia, and if Developer conveys the property or any interest therein prior to the recording of this Agreement, then this agreement is null and void, at the City’s sole discretion.

The Condominium Deed, the Utility Deed, Condominium Declaration, the Memorandum of Lease, the Assignment of Leases, and the Mortgage have been recorded with the appropriate Governmental Authorities in the order set forth in this paragraph (or have been delivered to the Title Company for recording with appropriate recording instructions and effective "gap" coverage), and the UCC Financing Statements with respect to the Property Interest, the Lessee and the Lessor have been delivered to a filing service or the Title Company for filing with the appropriate Governmental Authorities.

Each of the Deed, or the Ground Lease or a Memorandum of Ground Lease, as applicable, the Lease Supplement, the Memorandum of Lease, the Assignment of Lease, the Consent to the Assignment of Lease and the Mortgage delivered on such Property Closing Date has been recorded with the appropriate Governmental Authorities in the order set forth in this paragraph, and the UCC Financing Statements with respect to the Property being acquired will be filed with the appropriate Governmental Authorities (or are held by the Title Company or a closing agent acceptable to Agent and are in a position to be so filed and recorded, as applicable).
