Commencement This Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent 1.
Cessation A Person shall cease to be a General Partner upon the transfer of its entire interest in the Partnership or upon any event of withdrawal set forth in the Act. Upon the occurrence of any such event of withdrawal, such Person or its transferee shall have the right to receive distributions and allocations with respect to its Partnership interest, shall be treated as the transferee of a Limited Partner, and shall have the right to become a Substituted Limited Partner upon the unanimous written consent of the Limited Partners.
Continuity Except as expressly modified hereby, the terms and provisions of the Agreement and all instruments, agreements or other documents executed and delivered in connection therewith shall continue in full force and effect. Whenever the “Agreement” is referenced in the Agreement or any of the instruments, agreements or other documents executed and delivered in connection therewith, such references shall be deemed to mean the Agreement as modified hereby.
Curation A. Curation for those archaeological collections generated as a result of the studies completed for this Undertaking or as a result of data recovery activities will be undertaken in accordance with the terms of 36 CFR part 79 and the stipulations listed in parts B through D of this Stipulation.

Correction Period (1) End of correction period. Cessation of Operations Any cessation of operations by Borrower or Borrower admits it is otherwise generally unable to pay its debts as such debts become due, provided, however, that any disclosure of the Borrower’s ability to continue as a “going concern” shall not be an admission that the Borrower cannot pay its debts as they become due.
