Publication of Combined Financial Results. Gold Banc shall publish financial results covering at least thirty (30) days of post-Merger combined operations of Gold Banc and the Company, ending on a normal month-end closing date, as soon as practicable after the Effective Time, unless the first thirty (30) day period of combined operations ending on a normal month-end closing date ends on the normal closing date of an annual report on Form 10-K or quarterly report on Form 10-Q.
Publication of Combined Financial Results. Gold will file with the Securities and Exchange Commission a Periodic Report on Form 8K containing financial statements which include no less than 30 days of combined operations of Gold and Company, ended on a normal closing date, as soon as practicable after the Effective Time unless the first 30 day period of combined operations is reflected in and ends on the normal closing date of an annual report on Form 10K or quarterly report on Form 10Q.
Publication of Combined Financial Results. Acquiror shall use its Best Efforts to publish as soon as practicable, and shall publish no later than 90 days after the Effective Time, at least 30 days of post-Merger combined operations, combined sales and net income figures and any other financial information necessary as contemplated by and in accordance with the terms of SEC Accounting Series Release No. 135 and any related accounting rules.
Publication of Combined Financial Results. Sovereign shall use reasonable efforts to publish as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the end of the first month after the Effective Date in which there are at least 30 days of post-Merger combined operations (which month may be the month in which the Effective Date occurs), combined revenues and net income figures as contemplated by and in accordance with the terms of SEC Accounting Series Release No. 135, provided, however, that Sovereign may delay publishing such information for such period of times as it, in its good faith reasonable judgment, deems necessary or desirable to achieve a bona fide corporate purpose.

Purchaser shall use reasonable efforts to publish as soon as practicable, and shall publish no later than 30 days, after the end of its first fiscal quarter which includes at least 30 days of post-Merger combined operations, combined sales and net income figures and any other financial information necessary as contemplated by and in accordance with the terms of SEC Accounting Series Release No. 135 and any related accounting rules.

Webster shall use its best efforts to publish as soon as possible but no later than 30 business days after the end of the first month after the Effective Time in which there are at least 30 days of post-Merger combined operations (which month may be the month in which the Effective Time occurs), combined sales and net income figures as contemplated by and in accordance with the terms of SEC Accounting Series Release No. 135.

Parent shall use reasonable efforts to publish as soon as practicable after the end of its first fiscal quarter which includes at least 30 days of post-Merger combined operations, combined sales and net income figures and any other financial Information necessary as contemplated by and in accordance with the terms of SEC Accounting Series Release No. 135 and any related accounting rules.
Publication of Combined Financial Results. Parent shall use ----------------------------------------- its reasonable best efforts to file with the SEC within 28 days, but in no event later than 42 days, after the end of the first full calendar month after the Effective Time, a Form 8-K containing financial results (including combined sales and net income) covering at least 30 days of post-merger combined operations of Parent and the Company. The provisions of this Section 5.14 are intended to be for the benefit of, and will be enforceable by, each affiliate of the Company immediately preceding the Effective Time, his or her heirs and his or her representatives.
Publication of Combined Financial Results.
