Project Revenues. The Borrower understands, acknowledges and agrees that the Project Revenues shall be deposited and applied as provided for herein and in the Indenture, including without limitation, Section 5.02 thereof with respect to amounts required to be deposited in the Bond Fund. For purposes of clarifying (and without limiting) the foregoing, Project Revenues shall be deposited and applied so as to achieve payments in the following order of priority:
Project Revenues. Project Revenues are revenues received or earned (or deemed received or earned) by the respective Recipient during the Term directly arising from the Project, and shall be determined in accordance with the following:
Project Revenues. For the avoidance of doubt, none of the proceeds of the Loans, Voluntary Equity Contributions, delay liquidated damages received by any Loan Party pursuant to or in connection with the EPC Contract, the proceeds of any Indebtedness not otherwise permitted to be incurred by any Loan Party under the terms of the Loan Documents, Recovery Event Proceeds or Termination Payments payable to any Loan Party shall constitute Project Revenues.
Project Revenues. The General Contractor shall not be entitled to any revenues associated with the sale of any fruit, vegetables, flowers or other produce from the Greenhouse.
Project Revenues. The Borrower shall: (a) cause all Project Revenues received by the Borrower to be deposited into the Construction Account and (b) otherwise deposit and maintain, or cause to be deposited and maintained, all other amounts received into the Accounts in accordance with the Depositary Agreement.
Project Revenues. All Project Revenues received by the Concessionaire shall be applied in accordance with the Funding Documents to which it is a party, including as set forth under Section 4.03 of the MSA.

Pursuant to Section 6.24 of the Senior Loan Agreement and Section 6.24 of the Subordinate Loan Agreement, Operations Co acknowledges that all Project Revenues received by Project Co shall be applied in accordance with the Financing Documents and agrees to not change the irrevocable instructions of the Authority to deposit all Project Revenues with the Collateral Agent in accordance with the Financing Documents, except to the extent consistent with the terms of the Financing Documents.
Project Revenues. Will there be any fee caps, or other restrictions, on the fees payable to the Operator by the Users? No. The OSA remains unchanged.
Project Revenues. City and Developer anticipate that the Project, once approved and constructed, will generate significant revenues for the City from property taxes, hotel tax and sales tax, among others (all tax or fee revenues generated by the Project herein referred to as the “Project Tax Revenues”). In exchange for the generation of the Project Tax Revenues as well as other public benefits to the City and its residents, including the public parking, Developer has requested, and the City Consultants will analyze, a proposal from Developer which includes, among other things, the following:
Project Revenues. 5.13.1 In consideration of the Services rendered by the Concessionaire under this Agreement, the COT shall authorize the Concessionaire to charge and recover from the vehicle owners “Project Revenues” on the basis of the Price Notifications issued by the COT from time to time in accordance with Schedule H of this Agreement, for providing and fixing the HSRP inclusive of the excise duty, sales/ Value added tax, service tax or any other applicable taxes at the time of providing and fixing the HSRP.
