Project Land. (I) The Project Company will acquire land through “tender, auction and sale” and other legal procedures after it is established. Nature of the land is for industrial use. Price of the land shall be determined by the land resources authorities through legal procedures of “tender, auction and sale”, and the final price shall be based on the winning bid.
