Processing Costs. In addition to the Purchase Price, Buyer shall pay Processing Costs in the amount of $900.00, to be paid to Seller in cash or other readily available funds at closing. In the event that Monsoon can not charge your monthly charges to your checking account, we will charge your credit card. Returned check charges of $15.00 will apply to all returned ACH charges. A 2.5% processing fee will apply to charges made to back-up credit cards.
