Pricing for Products & Services. Pricing for contract #COG-2102A is provided at 5% off list price to Equalis Group Members. Xxxxx Sports Lighting, LLC is a custom designed, engineered to order lighting system. Any pricing obtained from Xxxxx Sports Lighting, LLC already has the 5% discount applied.

Nevco offers Members a five percent (5%) discount off list price on indoor scoreboards & accessories, outdoor scoreboards & accessories, signs & accents, message centers & marquees, scorer’s tables & accessories and a ten percent (10%) discount off list price for video displays, rings, or ribbons. Installation and service contracts vary greatly due to geography, market conditions, project requirements, project specific scope of work and timelines. Nevco’s proposals will provide line item pricing for installation and services separate from equipment, design, engineering, and freight costs.

Updates to the price list will be submitted throughout the year as these changes occur. The parties agree there are occasions where products and services not included in the Master Price List (“Open Market Items”) are necessary to complete a project. These Open Market Items are sourced through BCI Xxxxx Company Representatives. In the event a Member’s project requires Open Market Items, BCI Xxxxx Company will include these items on the quote indicating they are Open Market Items. The Member will review, sign and date the quote to indicate acceptance of these Open Market Items and prices.
