Power Costs. “Power Costs” has the meaning described in Section 4.4.
Power Costs. Power costs for pumping surplus water shall consist of the cost of capacity, energy and additional transmission service required for the delivery of surplus water, including but not limited to the following:
Power Costs. Lessee will be responsible for paying all power costs associated with the Pipeline System in accordance with Exhibit B hereto and the method of allocation to be agreed upon within sixty (60) days of execution of this Agreement. Such costs shall be paid by Lessee within fifteen (15) days of receipt of invoice from Lessor.

Each month Mesquite shall pay Marketer Power Costs equal to (A) all amounts paid by Marketer to Company under the Camden Transaction Confirmation, (B) all other costs paid by Marketer to purchasers of Power under the applicable Bilateral Contracts or PJM Contracts or for the transmission of Power to the applicable delivery point under such Bilateral Contracts or PJM Contracts and (C) taxes or other charges paid by Marketer arising from the sale of Power.
Power Costs. (a) In an effort to achieve lower electricity rates for the desalination plant, alternative means of obtaining energy shall be considered as a means to identify the most optimum combination of power from multiple sources. Such consideration involves the potential use of power from landfill gas in combination with power from the Pacific Gas & 6 Net operations and maintenance costs includes all costs to operate the plant less the costs that are anticipated to be saved as a result of reducing the same such costs of operating facilities that prior to the plant have been necessary to provide water service to customers. Electric Company (“PG&E”) grid. California American Water agrees to retain an outside consultant to study the various PG&E tariffs for possible transmission main installation(s) and how these tariffs would change with the introduction of power from the land fill gas, all in an effort to seek the lowest cost power to the Plant. Additionally, the outside consultant will review the power quality to insure a safe and reliable power supply to the Plant. California American Water shall provide a copy of the study to the Governance Committee and DRA.
Power Costs. (i) Power consumed by the Line 4 Extension will be charged on a flow-through basis, and will be subject to any power sharing mechanism incorporated as part of the 2010 Incentive Tolling Settlement.
Power Costs. Power costs will be forecasted based on the Bonneville Power Administration’s (BPA) billing determinants and the City’s load forecast. Tier 1, existing resources and above rate high water xxxx (ARHWM) purchases will be forecasted independently taking into account the City’s existing contracts.
Power Costs. PROVIDER shall be responsible for any and all electrical power costs actually incurred to operate the mining Equipment set forth in the Scope of Work Statement. PROVIDER shall pay a security deposit (the “Power Deposit”) in the amount set forth in the Scope of Work Statement based upon the project size described in the Scope of Work Statement. GIGACRYPTO will track the electricity use of the PROVIDER’s Equipment and monitor the meter dedicated to the electricity use of Provider’s Equipment housed in the separate pods at the Facility for good working condition and calculate the actual electricity usage by the Equipment. PROVIDER shall have the right to inspect and confirm or dispute the meter usage at the Facility upon reasonable notice to GIGACRYPTO. GIGACRYPTO will provide an electrical power invoice issued by Black River Electric Cooperative or the successor electricity provider of GIGACRYPTO to PROVIDERS on a monthly basis. Payment of said electrical power invoice shall be made to GIGACRYPTO in U.S. dollars within five (5) days of receipt. If the Power Deposit stated on the Scope of Work Statement has not been fully consumed upon termination of such Scope of Work Statement based on the actual electricity invoices, GIGACRYPTO shall refund the unused portion of the Power Deposit to the PROVIDER within five (5) days from the termination of such Scope of Work Statement.
