Periodic Reviews. During January of each year during the term hereof, the Board of Directors of the Company shall review Executive's Annual Salary, bonus, stock options, and additional benefits then being provided to Executive. Following each such review, the Company may in its discretion increase the Annual Salary, bonus, stock options, and benefits; however, the Company shall not decrease such items during the period Executive serves as an employee of the Company. Prior to November 30th of each year during the term hereof, the Board of Directors of the Company shall communicate in writing the results of such review to Executive.
Periodic Reviews. To ensure the corporation operates in a manner consistent with charitable purposes and does not engage in activities that could jeopardize its tax-exempt status, periodic reviews shall be conducted. The periodic reviews shall, at a minimum, include the following subjects:
Periodic Reviews. The supervisor and the Postdoctoral Scholar shall periodically engage in informal oral Progress Assessments during her/his appointment. In these assessments, the supervisor and the Postdoctoral Scholar generally discuss the Postdoctoral Scholar’s recent research progress and overall research objectives. The structure of the Progress Assessment may vary with the discipline.
Periodic Reviews. Subdistributor shall meet with Distributor on an as requested basis at such times as mutually agreed by the Parties to review Subdistributor’s performance, Subdistributor’s compliance with Distributor’s Code of Conduct, and other matters pertaining to this Agreement as applicable;
Periodic Reviews. Each Unit will make available to the State at least one day during the fire season for an on-the-ground inspection of the federal operations under this Operating Plan. Each CAL FIRE unit will make available to the federal agencies at least one day during the fire season for an on-the-ground inspection of state operations under this plan.
Periodic Reviews. The Company reserves the right to review Employee’s performance of his duties pursuant to this Agreement at least annually and from time to time and advise Employee of the results of that review. In connection with each such review, the Company shall evaluate whether any increase in Employee’s compensation under Section 2.1(a), above, is appropriate. Any annual salary increase shall be effective as of such date as the Company, in its discretion, determines to be appropriate.

The Development Committee shall review the Program Plan and Budget on an ongoing basis and may make changes to the Program Plan and Budget then in effect; provided, however, the Program Plan and Budget in effect for a year shall not be modified except as approved by the Development Committee.

The Joint Research Committee shall review the Overall Research Plan on an ongoing basis and may make changes to the Annual Research Plan then in effect; provided, however, the Annual Research Plan then in effect shall not be modified except as agreed in writing by the Joint Research Committee.

Members scheduled for a periodic review will be so advised no later than August 30 of the academic year for which the review is scheduled. If a periodic review cannot be completed (e.g., because the member is on leave of absence or layoff, etc.), it will be rescheduled for the following academic year.
