PERCENTAGE GOAL. The goal for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation in the work to be performed under this contract is 12% of the contract amount. This goal is established in accordance with the provisions of the MOU.

PERCENTAGE GOAL. Each Contractor shall use their best efforts to ensure that, in each calendar year, for each Covered Project, at least twenty-five percent of Project Construction Work Hours are performed by Targeted Workers. Construction work hours to be credited toward the Percentage Goal may be hours of Project Construction Work or work on other construction projects performed by any Contractor.
