Pecuniary Interest. The Warrant Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Warrant Agent may buy, sell or deal in any of the Warrants or other securities of the Company or become pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the Company may be interested, or contract with or lend money to the Company or otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Warrant Agent under this Warrant Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Warrant Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Company or for any other legal entity.
Pecuniary Interest. The pecuniary interests of Xx. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx arise from receipt of a reassignment agreement to the technologies. Net Effect: The Office of Technology Transfer has negotiated and finalized the terms of a reassignment agreement for the technologies related to UM XXX File Nos. 2019-238, 2019-239, and 2019-240. Xx. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx will obtain ownership and commercialization rights to the above listed University technologies.
Pecuniary Interest. The pecuniary interests of Xx. Xxxxx arise from his ownership interest in XXXXX. Net Effect: The Office of Technology Transfer has negotiated and finalized the terms of a license agreement for patents and other intellectual property related to UM XXX File Nos. 6621, 7574, 2018-451, and 2019-297 for all fields of use. XXXXX will obtain use and commercialization rights to the above listed University technologies.
Pecuniary Interest. The Consultant declares that the Consultant has no pecuniary interest in the business of any third party that would affect the objectivity of the Consultant in carrying out the Services. Should the Consultant acquire such an interest during the term of this Agreement, the Consultant shall declare it immediately to the GNWT Failure of the Consultant to declare such an interest may result in the GNWT terminating this Agreement without notice or penalty.
Pecuniary Interest. The pecuniary interests of Drs. Xxxxxxxxxxxx and Xxx arise from their ownership interest in Omniscent, Inc. Net Effect: The Office of Technology Transfer has negotiated and finalized the terms of a non- exclusive license agreement for patents related to UM XXX File No. 5618 for all fields of use. Omniscent, Inc. will obtain use rights to the above listed University technology.
Pecuniary Interest. The pecuniary interests of Dr. Xxxxxx Xx arise from his ownership interest in NS Nanotech, Inc. Net Effect: The Office of Technology Transfer has negotiated and finalized the terms of an option to negotiate a worldwide exclusive license agreement for patents related to UM XXX File Nos. 7478, 7498, 7499, 7517, 7563, and 7593 for all fields of use. NS Nanotech, Inc. will obtain an option to negotiate a license to use and commercialization rights to the above listed University technologies.
Pecuniary Interest. The pecuniary interests of Xx. Xxxx arise from his ownership interest in Morphomic Analysis Group, LLC. Net Effect: The Office of Technology Transfer has negotiated and finalized the terms of an exclusive option agreement for patents and materials related to UM XXX File No. 4834 for all fields of use. Morphomic Analysis Group, LLC will obtain use and commercialization rights to the above listed University technology.
Pecuniary Interest. The pecuniary interests of Dr. Xxxx Xxxxxxxx arise from receipt of a reassignment agreement to the technology. Net Effect: The Office of Technology Transfer has negotiated and finalized the terms of a reassignment agreement for content related to UM XXX File No. 2019-476 for all fields of use. Dr. Xxxx Xxxxxxxx will obtain use and commercialization rights to the above listed University technology.
Pecuniary Interest. The pecuniary interests of Drs. Gurm and Xxxxxxx arise from their ownership interest in Calcium Solutions, Inc. Net Effect: The Office of Technology Transfer has negotiated and finalized the terms of a worldwide exclusive license agreement for patents related to UM XXX File No. 2018- 265 for all fields of use. Calcium Solutions, Inc. will obtain use and commercialization rights to the above listed University technology.
Pecuniary Interest. The pecuniary interests of Xx. Xxx arise from his ownership interest in Shenzhen Inlight Technology Co., Ltd. Net Effect: The Office of Technology Transfer has negotiated and finalized the terms of an option agreement for patents related to UM XXX File #s 3395, 4016, 4628, 5000, and 5692 for all fields of use. Shenzhen Inlight Technology Co., Ltd will obtain use rights to the above listed University technology.
