Other Closing. For the avoidance of doubt, it is understood and agreed that the Other Assets will be sold or otherwise transferred at the Other Closing in accordance with the terms of the Other Asset Purchase Agreement, with such Other Closing occurring after the Closing hereunder.
Other Closing. Closing shall have taken place on the same date with respect to the agreement whereby Ericsson Canada Inc. sells to OZ.CXX xxx the issued and outstanding shares it holds in the capital stock of UsCo.

Other Closing. (i) The “Initial Closing” (as defined in the WCAS Agreement) shall occur simultaneously with the Initial Closing hereunder or (ii) the “Additional Closing” (as defined in the WCAS Agreement) shall occur simultaneously with the Additional Closing hereunder, as applicable.
