Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon the occurrence and during the continuance of a Potential Event of Default or an Event of Default, all payments made by the applicable Borrower with respect to Loans shall be made to the Administrative Agent and after being applied in accordance with clauses (i) and (ii) of this Section 2.10(g), shall be paid to the Banks pro rata based upon the aggregate principal amount of Loans outstanding made by each Bank, and the payments allocable to Syndicated Loans shall then be applied in accordance with clauses (iii), (iv) and (v) of this Section 2.10(g).
