Optional Protection. Optional Coverages The following Optional Coverages may supplement coverages found in Section I or Section II and apply only when they are indicated on the Policy Declarations. The provisions of this policy apply to each Optional Coverage in this section unless modified by the terms of the specific Optional Coverage.

  • Legal Protection 7.14.1 The University shall provide legal representation to any Member of the Bargaining Unit who is named a defendant in a civil action based on performance of the Member’s duties within the scope of employment.
