OFFICIAL NOT TO BENEFIT. No trustee, officer, director, regent, employee, administrator and representative of University shall be admitted to any share or part of this Agreement or to any benefit that may arise there from.
OFFICIAL NOT TO BENEFIT. No member or delegate to Congress, or resident Commissioner, shall be admitted to any share or part of this Agreement, or to any benefit that may arise therefrom; but this provision shall not be construed to extend to this Agreement if made with an incorporated entity for its general benefit.
OFFICIAL NOT TO BENEFIT. 11.1 The Contractor warrants that no official of SPC has received or will be offered by the Contractor any direct or indirect benefit arising from the Contract or the award thereof. The Contractor agrees that breach of this provision is a breach of an essential term of the Contract.
OFFICIAL NOT TO BENEFIT. No member of or delegate to the Congress of the United States of America, resident Commissioner or employee of the United States Government shall be admitted to any share or part of this contract or to any benefit to arise herefrom.
OFFICIAL NOT TO BENEFIT. No officer, employee or agent of PREPA, or of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or Municipal Governments, shall be admitted to any share or part of this Contract or to any benefit that may arise there from, but this provision shall not be construed to extend to this Contract if made with a corporation for its general benefit. In addition to the restrictions and limitations established under the provisions of Act 1-2012, as amended, retired or former officers or employees of PREPA, whose work was in any way related to the award or management of contracts, shall in no way benefit from any contract with PREPA for a period of two (2) years after leaving employment with or ceasing services to PREPA.
OFFICIAL NOT TO BENEFIT. No officer or employee of the Owner shall be permitted to participate in the perfom1ance of this Agreement or receive any benefit or compensation arising out of the performance of such Agreement, and any Agreement entered into by the Owner in which any officer or employee of the Owner shall be personally interested shall be void, and no payment shall be made thereon by the Owner or any officer thereof; but this provision shall not be construed to extend to the Agreement if made with a corporation for its general benefit. A bribe or attempt to bribe any representative or officer of Owner by Contractor shall be considered as a breach of the Agreement in bad faith and shall thus empower Owner to complete Work and deduct the entire cost thereof from any monies due or to become due Contractor under the Agreement.
OFFICIAL NOT TO BENEFIT. No Member of or Delegate to the Congress, Resident Commissioner, or official of Santa Fe County shall benefit from this Agreement other than as a water user or landowner in the same manner as other water users or landowners.
OFFICIAL NOT TO BENEFIT. No members of or delegate to the United States Congress and no resident commissioner shall have a share, interest or benefit under this Agreement.
