Notice by. (a) post shall be deemed to have been received by the Member on the fourth Working Day after the date of posting; and
Notice by. 30.2.1 Hand delivery is deemed to be given at the time of delivery;
Notice by. (i) hand delivery or courier shall be deemed to have been given on the date and time of delivery;
Notice by. TENANT Tenant shall give immediate notice to Owner in case of fire or accidents in the leased premises or in the building of which the premises are a part of defects therein or in any fixture or equipment.

Notice by. Second City LP and Second City GP shall provide the Operating Partnership with notice thereof within ten (10) days after the date of the Section 2.4

Tenant Tenant shall give immediate written notice to Landlord of any accident, defect, damage or deficiency in any part of the Premises, which comes to the attention of Tenant or any of its employees or contractors notwithstanding the fact that Landlord has no obligation in respect of the same. The provisions of this Section 10.04 shall not be interpreted so as to imply or impose any obligation whatsoever upon Landlord. Tenant shall exercise all due diligence to become aware of any such situation. 10.05
