Online Banking services available through your mobile device may use different terminology and appear in different formats when viewed through your mobile device. You may be required to follow different instructions to access Online Banking services through your mobile device.

Mobile Banking Access. Not all Online Banking services or the functionality of the Online Banking website are available when you use a mobile device. You may be required to follow different instructions to access Online Banking services through your mobile device. Processing of payment and transfer instructions may take longer using Mobile Banking. We will not be liable for any delays or failures in your ability to access Mobile Banking service or in your receipt of any text messages. Internet access and messaging are subject to effective transmission from your network provider and processing by your mobile device, as well as delays and interruptions in the Internet. Mobile Banking is provided by us on an AS IS, AS AVAILABLE basis.
Mobile Banking Access. At the sole discretion of the Bank, Customer may access some functions of the System through a mobile device ("Mobile Banking" or "Mobile Banking Services"). Mobile Banking may be accessed on some phones and mobile devices that are SMS Text Message or Web Browser enabled. Mobile Banking requires installation of an application (“Mobile App”) on the mobile device. Customer must abide by any minimum hardware and software compatibility requirements established by any software vendor in connection with any such mobile device and Mobile App. The Bank may require Customer register the mobile phone number with which Customer intends to use Mobile Banking. Customer agrees to comply with the provisions of any and all license agreements regarding use of any mobile device to access Mobile Banking Services. Customer understands and agree that the Bank cannot control the physical environment to prevent interception of the contents of transmissions to and from Customer’s mobile devices, Smartphones, or any other technology in connection with use of Mobile Banking Services. By accessing the System through Mobile Banking Services, Customer assumes any and all risk associated with use of the mobile devices, Smartphones, or other technology in connection with Mobile Banking Services, including but not limited to the risk of interception of the contents of Customer transmissions to and from the System. Customer understands and agree that for any mobile device, Smartphone, or other technology that accesses Mobile Banking Services, Customer must enable and use a key lock, passcode, or other software locking process to restrict use of such technology. Customer understands and agrees that each time a Mobile Banking Services session is finished, Customer must completely exit and terminate the software application or any other program used to access Mobile Banking Services.
Mobile Banking Access. To use the Service, you must be a subscriber to Internet Banking. You acknowledge that you have read and agreed to Bank’s Internet Banking Terms and Conditions, which applies to, and supplements, this Agreement and the Service. The Service available to you may vary based on the type of Mobile Device you use. The Service may use different terminology and appear in different formats than Internet Banking. You may be required to follow different instructions to access Internet Banking through your Mobile Device. Processing of payment and transfer instructions may take longer using the Service. We will not be liable for any delays or failures in your ability to access Mobile Banking Service. The Service is provided by Bank on an “as is,” “as available” basis.
Mobile Banking Access. Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access Account information and make transactions as set forth below using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (“Mobile Device”). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming. Upon registration for Mobile Banking, designated accounts and payees (or billers) linked to your Account through the Service will be accessible through Mobile Banking.
Mobile Banking Access. Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some network carriers. In addition, the Service may not be supportable for all devices. FFCU is not responsible for the availability of data services provided by your mobile carrier, such as data outages or "out of range" issues. You may access every credit union account where you are an owner or joint owner and which have been linked by your social security number. If you are unable to access an account where you are an owner/joint owner, please contact Member Services at 000-000-0000, Option 1. We may modify, suspend, or terminate access to Mobile Banking at any time and for any reason without notice, including 6 months of inactivity.
Mobile Banking Access. You may authorize Mobile Banking access for any number of authorized users, in addition to yourself. The authorized users for your account will use the same credentials as the primary account owner. Providing account login credentials to users that you authorize validates your acceptance of their actions in relation to the Membership and Account Agreement, Business Account Agreement (If Applicable), EFT Agreement, Xxxx Pay Disclosure, Mobile Banking Agreement, Online Banking Agreement and other related disclosures and agreements. Any users that you have provided login credentials will have the same level of online banking access as the primary account owner.

Mobile Banking Access. To access Mobile Banking, you must be enrolled in Online Service or register through your Mobile Device. As part of the registration process, you may be required to provide information about your Mobile Device, as well as the telephone number for your Mobile Device. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate, complete and current information about you and your Mobile Device and to notify us immediately if any of this information changes or if service to your Mobile Device is terminated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your registration for Mobile Banking if we cannot verify information about your Mobile Device. You may also be required to download and install an application or other software to your Mobile Device (a "Mobile Application") to access and use Mobile Banking. It is solely your responsibility to download and install the Mobile Application. We have no responsibility to notify you of any changes to or new releases of the Mobile Application and have no liability for any claims or damages arising from or relating to your failure to download and install any required Mobile Application.

All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. We may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction and there may be limits on the duration of each access. The following limitations on Mobile Banking transactions may apply: - There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.
