Mercury Containing Materials. CONTRACTOR shall install only mercury-free thermostats. In addition, CONTRACTOR shall install mechanical and electrical New Equipment/Systems and appliances that have switches and/or gauges that do not contain mercury. If mercury free items are not available, CONTRACTOR must ensure that all mercury containing parts are clearly labeled with durable labels as to the mercury content.

Mercury Containing Materials. The identification of potential mercury-containing materials will be limited to visual confirmation of common items such as fluorescent light tubes, compact fluorescent bulbs, thermostats, and switches. TASK 01A: LIMITED HAZARDOUS MATERIALS SURVEY REPORTS Upon completion of the hazardous materials survey, EHSI will provide a draft electronic copy (PDF) of the survey reports. The report will include an executive summary, introduction, methodology, conclusions, and recommendations. XXXX will produce CAD sketches showing all sample locations. Final reports will be provided to the client approximately 21 days following the completion of the surveys. All survey documentation will be reviewed by the EHSI Senior Industrial Hygienist and/or Senior Technical Reviewer for quality assurance purposes.
