Marketing and Public Relations. The Practice Advisory Council shall review and make recommendations to the Practice with respect to all marketing and public relations services and programs promoting the Practice’s Professional Eye Care Services, Optical Services and ancillary services.

Marketing and Public Relations. Professional Business Manager acknowledges that the Practice desires a public relations program to enhance its optometric and/or therapeutic optometric practice and to extend the Office’s ability to provide Professional Eye Care Services to patients. Subject to the Practice’s approval, Professional Business Manager shall design and implement an appropriate public relations program on behalf of the Practice, with appropriate emphasis on public awareness of the availability of Professional Eye Care Services at the Office. The public relations program shall be conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing advertising by the optometrical and optometric professions.
Marketing and Public Relations. The C-STEM Center recommends entities to market the C-STEM Program in the following ways: • Advertise the C-STEM Program’s existence in the school via a banner or display near the entrance of the school – this may be done through a certification banner, C-STEM Program general banner, or flag, which can be purchased through the C-STEM Center. • Use the official and current logo and boiler plate language in marketing materials and press releases that include information about the C-STEM Program. • Mention the school’s participation in the C-STEM Program, along with the C-STEM logo, on the school or district’s website. Approved logo files and boiler plate language are available on the C-STEM web site at xxxx://x- xxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx-xx/. Past (obsolete) C-STEM logos should not be used in a school or on program materials. The C-STEM Center recommends the use of C-STEM standard marketing materials that the Entity may customize for their usage. The C-STEM Center requires that any marketing or communications materials created by the Entity that include information about the C- STEM Center be submitted for prior approval. The C-STEM Center encourages entities to work with the organization to promote the C-STEM Program in a manner that is consistent with the national branding of the organization.
Marketing and Public Relations. In accordance with applicable laws, regulations and ethical standards, Business Manager shall use its best efforts to provide such marketing, support, advertising and public relations services as are appropriate to promote and market the Practice's Professional Eye Care Services. Such services shall be subject to review by the Local Advisory Council. At the option of Business Manager and to the extent permitted by law, the Business Manager's corporate name may be included on any or all signage, letterhead, advertisements, announcements and the like relating to Professional Eye Care Services provided by the Practice. Marketing support services include training the Practice's personnel concerning marketing techniques, providing written materials that may be used in marketing, and providing technical assistance to the Practice's personnel engaged in direct marketing efforts such as administrative support and assistance in contract negotiation and implementation. Business Manager shall not perform direct marketing to potential sources of business, but shall provide assistance to the Practice's personnel who perform any such direct marketing as set forth above. Use of the Practice's name in any advertising or promotions shall require the Practice's advance approval.
Marketing and Public Relations. Retail Business Manager acknowledges that the Practice desires a public relations program to enhance its optical practice and to extend the Dispensary’s ability to provide Optical Services to patients. Subject to the Practice’s approval, Retail Business Manager shall design and implement an appropriate public relations program on behalf of the Practice, with appropriate emphasis on public awareness of the availability of Optical Services at the Dispensary. The public relations program shall be conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing advertising by the optical and optometric professions.
Marketing and Public Relations. City shall be responsible for all marketing and public relations activities relating to the Burbank Bus program. Contractor shall distribute onboard notices, cooperate and participate in marketing, promotion, advertising, public relations, and public education programs and projects undertaken by the City from time to time. Marketing and Public Relations. Neither party may disclose the terms of this Agreement, or advertise, market or otherwise publicize or disclose any information concerning the relationship of the parties hereunder or any other such information in connection herewith and therewith without the prior written consent of the other party.
