Location of Data. In accordance with Rule 60GG-4.002, F.A.C., the Contractor, including its employees, subcontractor personnel, independent contractors, leased employees, volunteers, licensees, or other persons operating under their direction, are prohibited from (i) performing any of the services under any applicable ATC or PO outside of the continental United States, or (ii) sending, transmitting, storing, or accessing any State of Florida data, outside of the continental United States. The Parties agree that a violation of this provision will:
Location of Data processing The provision of the contractually agreed data processing can take only in European. Any relocation to a third country is subject to the clauses in Appendix II and Appendix III STANDARD CONTRACTUAL CLAUSES (PROCESSORS) pursuant to Commission Decision of 5 February 2010 (2010/87/EU) (hereinafter referred to as “the Clauses”) and requires the prior notification to Controller and may only take place if the special requirements set forth in art. 44 GDPR are met.

Location of Data. (i) The Managed Service Provider shall offer Cloud Services to the Purchaser from a MeitY empaneled data centre of the underlying CSP which is located within India.

The Qualified Investigator must provide the Study Steering Committee written notice of any change in the location or storage of the Covered Data or change in security or privacy protections for the Covered Data within three (3) business days. At its discretion, the Study Steering Committee may terminate this Agreement upon learning of any changes that decrease the privacy or security of Covered Data.

The Qualified Investigator must provide the IAN Research administration written notice of any change in the location or storage of the Covered Data or change in security or privacy protections for the Covered Data within three (3) business days. At its discretion, the IAN Research administration may terminate this Agreement upon learning of any changes that impair the privacy or security of Covered Data.

However, through the development of this system, it could be requested that other elements be added to the system and/or each local EMR respectively. Each module allows customization, so formats and locations of data elements will likely vary. There will be a need to provide data mappings between applications as definitions are identified.
