Just over 1 in 3 (35%) middle- years students live with parents, guardians, or relatives. Among those not currently living on campus, just 23% say they would prefer to live on campus if they had the choice. The fact that Group 1 (16%) students are four times more likely than Group 2 (4%) or Group 3 (4%) students to own their own home is likely due to the fact that they have a higher proportion of students 30 years of age and older.
